Your customer service, speed at communicating, grasp of concept and simplicity has been a breath of fresh air.I cannot tell you the stress and pain I have gone through with useless developers who don’t communicate, screw things up or try to understand what I am after. We looked around for a web team to design our online shop for a while and after talking with Matt and the Yak team we were confident they could produce a design with the steampunk edge we required. The shop design is awesome and it's really helped us get much more traffic and sales. We couldn't be happier with how easy the site is to look after and the training we had with the yak team got us up and running straight away. great design and great website :)
