I met the owner of Digitized Logos at a large conference in Maryland last summer when he stopped by my company's booth to give me information and offer his services should we need any promotional items in the future. We do these conferences twice a year and work with printing vendors so I'm always on the lookout to add new vendors to my list to work with. For this year's conference, I reached out to the employees at Digitized Logos to share with them details of the conference and our vision / theme for the promotional items we give out at our booth and executive event. Since the get-go it was very easy to work with them. They provided me four decks of items to look from and we easily found the perfect promotional items for both of our conferences. We went with sustainability for our first conference theme giving away reusable metal straws and trash cans that can fit in your car's cupholders. For our executive event, we gave away very nice table tech pouches. They were a huge hit, people were asking for them like crazy. We were even asked about the vendor who supplied our giveaways from another booth, who was looking for a better vendor to supply their promotonal items.The employees I worked with during the entire the whole process were prompt in response, attentive to detail, diligent in providing the best suggestions for our event, sending proofs over for approval, and making sure timelines and expectations were set. I had no issues from the brainstorming of the items, to the proof generation, invoicing, and shipment of the items. In addition to this conference, we also ordered another client's giveaways through DL and their feedback on the quality and uniqueness of the giveaways they ordered is exactly on the same line as what I am saying here.
