The building looks on the inside like a dog that's been fed old boots its entire life. Re-model the place already. The DEERS employees are useless. I told them what I needed but they insisted on something else. I can't belive that we waste tax payers money on these people. If you card suddenly went bad than your SOL without an appointment. The office was filled with employees stealing oxygen, but they would only see one person at a time. If that isnt fraud waste and abuse, than im actually dead.
