My important package has been in town, "in transit" for a week and now it's delayed. I could have literally picked it up myself last week in about an hour. What a complete joke the post office is. Want to go there? They close at 5 so you literally can't if you have a job.

I have lived here 20 years, at real company's you get fired for playing games with customers. the problem here goes back to the post master and just a couple employees. their have been a lot of issues since our mail delivery switched from west springfield to agawam delivery.

I'm so sick of the delivery in West Springfield, MA. My husband and I have had important mail returned to senders because the carrier says it's undeliverable (our name is clearly posted on the mailbox and I have a photo to prove this). Today, for the 5th time in a 30 day period, the carrier has left mail not for just one neighbor but 4!! Is it so hard for these kids to read names on the mailbox and match it up to the mail they are delivering? I say kids because that's what we get in this area...kids in their 20s!! I know for most kids, it's just another job but it's crucial that people get their important mail on time and without incident! I hope changes are made in the carrier in my area of West Springfield (Druids Lane) so that we get a reliable, intelligent carrier soon!!

I don't know what is up with all these negative reviews, i've had multiple instances where I needed help with finding a package and the clerks have always been polite and helpful.

dont uderstand why theres such an issue delivering packages and why they keep getting sent back to sender for the 3rd time! havent recieved normal mail in over 2 weeks.

Horrible! We have had so much mail go missing/undelivered. If we put things on the mailbox for pickup; they rarely take it. We get the incorrect mail all the time. Honestly the worst mail service

I wish I can give 0 stars. Sold an item on ebay, gave it to them, never scanned it and is now lost (or stolen) I go in for more info and they are very un helpful, some are nice, but un helpful. They refuse to check if the package is in the facility and they are convinced it shipped out. It did not. I know it didn't. I'm now getting fines from ebay and i'm out $400 dollars. So thank you USPS of Agawam. Really appreciate the awesome help. Also over heard teller and customer laughing about me as I walked out. Terrible. Just terrible.

Absolutely ridiculous that a package of mine has been sitting at the agawam post office for 5 business days. Agawam post office needs to get it together. I get how the sure post thing works but I can also see when it arrived at the post office. No reason for it to be sitting and not scanned

Chronically delivers our mail to wrong address. Chronically makes excuses for not delivering packages to our house - saying incomplete address - we’ve received 100s of packages from Amazon - through USPS - never changing our address - and yet our carrier from this Post Office - does not deliver the day they are due and lists bogus reasons.
