Horrible internet.

They have good customer service when I have called in the past but there service is slow and buffers quite often. This last time I called about the problem and the lady that was helping to fix it over the phone went through several thing but it was still slow so she told me that it could be the location of the router (where the tech installed it). So she was going to have a different tech call me and I unplugged the Wifi and router and moved it but didn't get it plugged back in correct so when he did he said there was a problem and he couldn't help so I told him I did unplug it and wasn't sure if I got it plugged in correct and asked him for help and he helped me but it still didn't work so he was sending a tech. When the tech came he said it wasn't hooked up right and fixed it but them also updated the router (that they sold me) and switched channels that the signal is coming in on. The Wifi is still not running proper and when I got my bill there was a $90.96 charge and when I called they said it was for them plugging in the lines correctly that took 2 seconds and they said sense he had to fix the cords that is why I got charged the $90.96 fee. WOW and they will send a tech again to see why the internet is not working. So frustrated!!!

I've had them for about a year and a half, the first thing I dislike is the fact they do a credit check annually without consent, but what I really dislike is the fact that I get less than half the speed I signed up for at busy hours of the night, meaning my 8meg internet that's capable of streaming hd video on netflix drops to 3-4meg or sometimes even slower which then drops me to 480p at times..I'd like to upgrade my package but what's the point in paying even more just to potentially get the same results, not to mention I pay about $50 a month for 8meg but they offer 25meg for $100 Lol.. if I didn't live in the country I'd of dropped them already.

If you like paying for no internet, waiting for three - ten days before internet is fixed and tech support telling you to buy a new router when yours is perfectly fine, then diode is your answer. When you ask to speak with a manager, and they always seem to be out of the office you get a little frustrated.
