Direct Wines is an oligarchy of 9 different wine club brands that lie they are affiliated in order to continually push wine on customers they have abused in the past. Relentlessly targets the elderly with "wine vouchers" who's fine print they cannot read at all yet states they are going to be sent additional shipments of wine that are double the price of the wine advertised.

We've never had any issues doing business. If we didn't like a wine they refunded us even if it was months later. We appreciate that because other wine clubs only give you up to 45 days to discover you don't like a wine AND to request a refund. Practically there are some wines you save or wait on or can't possibly drink it all within 45 days so at these other clubs you can't really get a refund even though they advertise it. Who wants to drink wine fast? It's supposed to breathe, have its bouquet appreciated, and sipped. Thanks Tony! Excellent business practice. Until that policy changes I am a dedicated customer.
