DMS Color offers so many services, each of which can be customized. The brand specialists and owners are all super friendly and make an effort to understand different industries. All I have to do is show or tell them what I want and they make it happen.

DMS Color has been my go to digital print partner for many years, through multiple organizations I have been a part of. They show the value of being a true partner through their customer service and best in class print technology. They are always pushing the limits of my collateral pieces, delivering true one of a kind pieces. As they like to say, they are more than a print shop, they are a leading technology company bringing best in class capabilities and service. DigiFlo is an online ordering system that houses all our marketing materials and streamlines the process of ordering collateral for those in the field which allows my team to go in and order what they need. Highly recommend if you haven't checked them out!

Consistent negative experiences. I enjoy doing business with other local business owners so I attempted to keep my direct mail and printing needs met with this company. Unfortunately it's consistently been one of the worst decisions I've made. I would not recommend any business who values timely and consistent marketing to consider this firm. Consistent missed appointments, failure to return calls, deadlines missed, poor communication, etc. I could go on but I will not. It's simply my recommendation that business owners be very careful when considering investing in the services of this company.

I contacted this companies owner David Rula months ago. I explained to Mr. Rula that I was a small, yet new clinic opening up and that I was looking for a good printing company who can help me with getting prescription pads created and printed off. Mr. Rula assured me that he has been in this business for many years and has printed off many prescription pads for many businesses and physicians. After getting the first set of pads printed off, my doctor started to use them and we had every pharmacist reject the scripts from our different patients. The pharmacists stated two things..1. The very bottom of the scripts were missing two main details that had to be on there in order for them to be in compliance with the state of AL and the prescriptions were not printed on watermark paper BUT that they were printed on regular copy paper! I was told by the different pharmacists that the printing company should have spotted these errors. Naturally, when I reached back out to Mr. Rula to inform him of these errors, he wrote back to me and stated that he would get his team to take care of this and to reprint them for my clinic. NEVER once did Mr. Rula state or even hint to the fact that I would have to foot the bill for these reprints! When I finally got the reprinted prescriptions back (which took a very long time to receive them), the clinics address and phone number were not printed on the scripts.. once again. So we've continued to have more problems on the validity of the prescriptions, due this issue. Mr. Rula stated that he had me to proof these at the start of the first order and so that should have been my error and not his. However, a company..like DMS should correct a mistake that they should have spotted from the very beginning. Especially, when the client has been up front from the very beginning and stated that they had never had to order prescription pads before. Therefore, DMS in Pelham, AL. should have an obligation to make sure that the prescription pads are compliant with the state of AL before having their customers to proof them. When any company asks for the party of the client to proof their work, this normally means to make sure that the name and address and phone numbers on the pads are correct. That does not mean to make sure that the client also proofs the pads for compliance with the state laws (again..especially when they have never done this before!) This company should not expect the client to "just know" what is legal and what is accepted by the state of AL. When I started to receive invoices for the amount of $144 I reached back out to Mr. Rula several times and got no response. I reached out once again (for the last time) to find out what was going on. This is the reply I received from Mr. Rula: "You approved the file the first time…we printed what you submitted to us…not sure how I am at fault…since we had to re do the job for you we should not have to eat any cost…sorry for the inconvenience…"I was truly shocked to see that this companies owner, Mr. Rula would place the second reprint cost on me and my new startup business when.. for starters.. he never stated that I would have to pay for these reprints and yet made it seem as though HE would take care of their error, and secondly, he would not accept some responsibility for not making sure that the prescription pads were in compliance with the state since he stated in the very beginning that he did this for MANY companies and physicians. So if you are a new company (or even an existing company) just be aware that this company will not work with you or help you out in anyway. I don't want to see anyone else get taken advantage of and than have to foot the bill once again for a job that should have been done the right way from the very start!I hope this helps others out.
