MAIS, et c'est là que ca devient assez cocasse, si nous le souhaitons, nous pouvons demander en remplacement une assiette de carpaccio accompagné de .... frites !!!!Le champagne : très bon, juste un petit manque de fraîcheur. A peine 5 minutes après , on nous sert la tomate / mozzarella .... A ce stade le service est commencé mais on ne nous propose rien a boire ... c'est pourtant un menu "canicule" !!! Il nous faudra attendre l'assiette de poisson froid pour avoir une cruche d'eau . Cette assiette est assez classique, le poisson est bon, le saumon fumé est en revanche excellent. Un léger doute sur les langoustines que nous ne mangeront pas. S'en suit le vacherin framboise, très bon également. Ma femme n'aimant ni la framboise ni la meringue aura droit a deux boules de glaces : vanille et .... framboise !!!Il est vraiment dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu "tester" la carte en raison de cette canicule. Le menu proposé à été bon dans l'ensemble, en même temps aux vues du manque d'originalité de celui-ci, comment juger. Ce qui reste inacceptable est surtout l'absence totale d'affichage du menu unique "canicule" sur l'extérieur, ce qui nous aurait surement dissuadé d'y rentrer, quitte à reporter. De même, aucune information de ce menu lors de la réservation..... c'est une faute grave !!!20 ans de mariage célébré à coup de tomate/mozza et assiette de poisson froid, ça a quand même du mal à passer ... Je ne parlerais pas de cette climatisation mobile qui faisait un bruit de fond .... en tout cas , absolument pas à la hauteur de la réputation de cet établissement ...
