I came in to get a quote on insurance for a vehicle I had purchased that day. The associate at the front desk gave a polite greeting. He then took my information to give to one of the agents and told me to wait. I had a seat that was facing on one of the agent’s door that the associate took my info to. The agent had me sit there for well over half an hour while I could ( as well as everyone else) hear her complain and haggle a retail store over a $10 coupon for some candles. I can not speak for anyone else at that agency, but that agent had no respect for me or my time. After going to the associate an asking if it was going to be much longer I just decided to leave. I wasted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I do not recommend this agency.
