Having secured a permanent full-time General Mana toger role via Downtown Recruitment, I'm glad to be able say that I found the whole experience to be very professionally handled on their part. I was kept well informed in a timely manner throughout the process by Sarah, who's clients' vacancy it was. As someone who has in the past (and most likely will in the future) utilised outside agencies to source new employees, what I found particularly reassuring was that as part of selecting applicants to put forward for interview, I was invited to a pre-interview meeting to ensure that I met with the criteria that the client was looking for and to be given useful information that may help me to best deliver at interview. A very good, friendly and professional service all round!
