The most HORRIBLE experience of my cash buyer investment home purchasing experience. My wife and I are working with George West and he is rude and condescending. He hadn't wanted to submit our offer and when he did it was "As Is" and he did not read the contract he had his sellers sign and he had the seller sign a contract where they would clean out all rubbish debris from the property. When we read the contract and capitalized on it he refused to clean the property and wanted us to cancel. It's been over one month and the cash purchase is nowhere near completed. Two weeks into this purchase we found another house and one week later we not only closed, for the keys and moved in on this owner finance house. Yet, the cash deal we are buying simultaneously in Milbridge, ME with Drop Anchor Realty, is no where near finished. Not professional and very racist real estate office. Update 10/16/2017 George at Anchor Realty, signed a contract in writing that we would buy the house "broom swept and free from debris" today was closing and not only was it not "broom swept and free from debris" but I didn't even get the keys to the house and the seller was emailed the contract to sign and mind you I PAID FULL CASH DEAL. and I was treated as if they are doing me favors. Anchor Realry = NOT investor Friendly 2 thumbs down
