I would definitely call this place a no-frills hotel. The room was minute but relatively clean, although there was a pervasive smell around the hallway. Prepare to sleep badly as the doors and walls are acoustically transparent and you'll hear anything your neighbours do. That is worse if you have a screaming family of guests going back and forth outside your room until 2 AM.
