I paid £1500 for a website, their host has never worked, Impossible to send emails with their host, they don't let me use another host and they want that I pay £36 per month to use their own host. I was happy to pay the rest of the website and I decided to make a monthly payment but they don't let me use the website, I cannot make any changes and if i ask them they charge me lot of money, the website is useless and they keeping switching it on and off. Horrible company ... also don't trust their prices as they will change and they make you pay double, make sure you have a contract before to start any job with them. They give you a discount and they beg you for a 5 star review... so not completely honest.
