I would give this library 5 stars if it weren't for the one of the staff. We went in to get a library card and the lady (the one with brown hair and black glasses) that helped us was very rude and short the entire time I had to deal with her. We had everything ready and it was all complete on our end, but she was impatient and condescending the entire time. I can't believe they would put her at the front desk with her bad attitude. The library as a lot of the current popular books and a good selection in general. All the other staff we ran into were very nice and helpful and the library was clean and seemed well maintained in general. If we hadn't had such a bad experience with the one lady I would rate it all five stars.

This place is so small and we did not know how to find the books they were using a old system that we did not knew the one at Mountain trails is better and big we did got a book and it was a good book but it was not fun. The people at the desk were nice. but finding the books was not fun. Just go to the Lehi library it is much bigger and there are more books. And it's ginormous.

Small library and not a very good selection. It's also in the middle of nowhere. Most eagle mountain residence never go out to the city center so it's a pain to drive that far. I'd rather pay extra and go to Lehi on my way home than to go out to city center. The staff is nice. Not nice enough to waive a one-day-late fee on a book bc I didn't want to drive the 15 mins there and 15 mins back home to turn the book back in on time (It was 1 day late). They should have a book return box near the ranches entrance or something.
