I am honored to leave East Coast Loyalty some positive feedback. I have worked with them for a little over 1 year now and wanted to wait until I gave my informal honest opinion, so here goes. ECL has been the most logical decision I as a business owner have ever made. I gave them 6 months to work their magic. We are now going on over a year. They introduced to me a new method of marketing (Mobile Marketing) so I took it and it paid of bigtime. I have watched my ROI jump at least 30% within the last year or so. I have to applaud them on their unique style and marketing approach. Thank you for being so patient with me and I owe you much more then a review.
