I live up the hill, and have tried to go there to study a few times. Every time I have done so, it's like a ice-cream social in there. Everyone is talking, loudly, including the librarians. One man asked the librarian if she could have people quiet down, and she then suggested he should go to the kids room in the back to finish his tutoring session. Just a bit unacceptable for a library atmosphere.
