Had a bad time at first when I went there and then someone else helped me and had an amazing time got a really good deal and still have no more problems I would really recommend it

I want to thank the manager and especially the owner of East Penn Storage for working with me, when my card was hacked and I had to wait for a new card to give them, Instead of loading me down with late fees(which as a disabled person would have put me in the hole for months), the owner was kind enough to work with me and not charge me all the late fees. I want to thank him outright so others will no not only will their personal things be safe at this storage facility but they are willing to work with you when things get a bit crazy. So thank you Lisa and to the owner of East Penn Storage for working with me, and helping me resolve this issue.

Regular monthly rates are good but they stick it to you if late fees occur. Overcharges are extreme

Clean, secure, lowest prices around, friendly helpful staff, also the insulation on the ceilings is a nice touch which keeps the unit cooler and helps protect your belongings. I would highly recommend this facility.

The storage facility was great before East Penn took over. Since, by monthly storage fee has repeatedly increased, and the facility has not been maintained. The last time I checked on my unit, there was significant evidenceof rodent activity and the items in the front of the unit were damp, covered in mildew, and essentially ruined. I'm so desperate to get my things out of there before everything ends up destroyed.
