I have nothing but great things that say about East to West. I visited as a non-commercial customer to get four Christmas stockings embroidered with names. I asked Kris for suggestions on stitch font and color, and she provided a few examples to decide on. Then I realized that I forgot a stocking. It was the end of the day on a Friday. Kris quickly provided me with a simple solution to drop it off on Saturday and she'd pick it up on Monday.Needless to say, I didn't get back there until Sunday afternoon and dropped it off as agreed. Requested service was completed on-time (with a short turnaround as well) and the stockings were perfect. When I went to pick up the order, Kris mentioned that she got a little worried because she was keeping an eye out for the drop-off over the weekend (outside of business hours) and didn't see it until Sunday. This speaks volumes to the accountability and level of customer service one should receive.Thank you to Kris, Rosy and the entire staff at East to West for an incredible experience and putting the customer first. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
