Absolutely horrible. Just looking for the money. Said that I have to pay over $600 more on my premium because my stepdaughter who goes to college out of state has our home address on her drivers license. She is at school in NY and they want me to pay for her as an extra driver for my car in MI. I asked them what they need for proof that she does not live in my house and they could not tell me. I have never had this happen before with any insurance company I have dealt with in my lifetime. Sounds like gouging to me!! Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere for my insurance needs. Eastman is a rip off.
