The MANAGER (Paul) of this estate agent went under my landlord nose to book an UNAUTHORISED evaluation of my house , not only that but the two times I had the misfortune to speak to him on the phone he was very rude and talking down to me on the phone!! unfortunately for this man Paul he has now lost a sale of the house as my landlord will not sell through Eckersley for this reason I will not be spoken to on the phone by anybody that way. Extremely "wide boy" sales idiots .
