Feedback:
Edelman switchboard is a sometimes thing, trying to phone Edelman around lunchtime is difficult and after 3PM largely futile. You will get get a recorded message saying "Your wait time is less than a minute" until you realise this is a flat lie and give up. Yes I know Edelman is a communications firm, yes it is ironic.
