When my son's martial arts payment went up by $5. I was unaware of that as my husband did the renewal process. When I first got the call that I was $5 short that Rep. said I could just add it to next month's payment. No problem. Then I received another call two days later but I ignored it because I had already spoken to someone, then the next week I got two more calls. I answered the first call and informed this rep that I have already spoken to someone about the $5 and it should be in my account notes that I'm adding it to the next month's payment. When I got another call, I asked for a supervisor and was told I would get called back and never did. Two days later I got another call and I didn't answer it and just paid the $5. I have not had any issues with this company besides this but they need to make better notation in customer’s accounts so they are not being hassled over $5
