Just not a good reliable place, been given the run around on SEVERAL projects..always excuse. Just annoying when you rely on someone and they just say “sorry” and have excuses. Like your help is going fishing or you had to move. Do not recommend ever! Leaves customers in a lurch and don’t care.

Great place for all your sign ,embroidery, sticker, hats. Owner and employee's are super awesome. I felt like they were there to get what I wanted, when I wanted, how I wanted it even though they were extremely busy.

I have been waiting for a month for something I dropped off for embroidery. I emailed for an update and did not get a response. I called and was told I would have a proof the next day which I have yet to receive. The staff was friendly and helpful when I dropped the items off but I feel like their customer service and timeliness is lacking.

I am still waiting several Months after full payment has been made for the final Signage to be installed. Payment was made in Sept or Oct 2016 and as of March 30, 2017 project has not been completed. The quality of the products that have been installed have been good but the service is terrible. No Communication, see if this helps? I may update if things changeEDIT:It is 11/9/17, I still do not have a Sign, CO has been done for months! We paid for sign in October of 2016. would you like to explain that?

Disappointed. The place has potential but without effective communication it just doesn't work. The order took longer than promised. Our business had to continue to reach out for updates, about 6-7 times. The staff doesn't portray a professional manner and overall it's super disappointing. When the order was finally completed the design wasn't what was agreed. I just wanted the nightmare to be over. Don't waste your time, resources and your business here. As a business owner, can't imagine treating customers with such a lack of professionalism.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. As a business owner myself, customer service is the key for a successful business, however this business failed. I had a deadline to meet before a large expo event. Deadline missed (I even gave them a week) They said they would keep me in the loop (not one phone call from them), didn’t happen. On a Friday I brought in 3 polo shirts to have our Company logo embroidered on them (which we bought at another store), they took the order. I explained what it was for and that I needed them by the following Friday for an Expo event on Sunday. They said not a problem and will get it done before then and they will call me as soon as they are done. Come Friday no call, so I called them. They said on the phone that they are almost done, and I can stop by and pick it up. Well I arrived and they didn’t even start. The owner then came up to me and showed me a sample, I advised her that the color didn’t match and to use a bit darker, then she asked me to wait while it’s completed. No worries I waited 20 minutes, then said her employee was having a issue with the Machine, and promised me they will have them completed by tomorrow (Saturday). I then called their store Saturday 10:45am, spoke to them and said they will call me back as soon as it’s done. No call back and now going on 1:00pm. I called back again and left a voicemail to call me back ASAP. No call back Saturday and Sunday they are closed. No company shirts during our expo and very very disappointed with the service and zero communication on their part. I’m assuming the customers are not valued enough to even get a call back to apologize. I’ve done business with them in the past, however never again because it would be hard to trust this business again after what they did to me and my business this time around.

After reading the latest reviews Effective Sign Solutions I was a little hesitant of doing business with them. After stopping by and talking to Zira I decided to go ahead and give them a shot and they did an amazing Job with 16 jerseys we got from them. Great prices, good customer service and good quality work. We will go back and get more stuff from them.
