The Trike for all AbilitiesWe recently bought our 2nd FAT TAD. Now, in spite of our different unique disabilities, once again my wife and I have the freedom and the ability to get out and do something enjoyable together. We used to love to day hike everywhere. Now we can “day trike” nearly everywhere. It is rare these days to buy a high-end product and have it exceed your expectations. The FAT TAD is well thought out, robust and just plain fun to ride. The quality trike, sales and service, helpful videos and a warranty honored with integrity all made it a joy to spend our money with confidence and without regret. Sitting down low as we do doesn’t limit visibility. But along with the full suspension, being surrounded by large 4” tires and perched atop a substantial frame, all offer an added sense of safety. We customized our experience by adjusting the boom length, seat location and seat struts. The computer also provides plenty of options to tailor the electronics, given we have very different needs for how the system responds. The attached pictures show the TADs loaded up on our new 6’ x 8’ trailer as we head out to enjoy a nearby urban trail, also shown.

He should never have gotten back on a bike, but thanks to the Bike of electric trike and his brother-in-law (thank you Denis), Three years after his last outing, he is back on the road ...... .in France.Thank you to your engineers, continue, you make my dream has become reality again.

I have been a Liberty Trike owner since crowd funding days. Originally I bought the trike for my dad, who would not use it. His loss, my gain. I have over 1300 miles on it, use it as regular means of transportation for trips under five miles and make it work for a living. Rain, snow, cold, hot. I pack the the baskets, and have even used a makeshift trailer. Mine is a working trike. Even better than the trike is the company. Alec, Jeromy, Nicole and Jason especially have helped me out. This is world class service from a tiny company. This is a big purchase for the target audience, and Liberty offers a free 21 day trial, with free shipping and a financing option. The Facebook group for owners is a great resource, too. The people on the page - real owners and riders - share information, tips and concerns. Most of them are new to ebikes. Many have physical limitations which make biking any other way difficult if not impossible. No one is made to feel stupid because they don’t understand “power cycling the battery” or forget how to change the display. Spam, off topic commentary and nastiness, if anyone has tried, is quickly taken care of. By the way from what was said, the reviewer who gave this trike one star does not own - or has ever ridden - a Liberty Trike. Yet Jason wrote a nice response, very respectful, addressing the concerns stated. Yes, that is good business, but it is good manners in the face of an ill considered review.

I love my Liberty Trike. It changed my life, giving me back some freedom after an accident robbed be of. This trikes are build so well, you feel so safe. They look so cool, you don't feel you're screaming old age! They really zip along, so it's great fun, exercise, and freedom, all backed by the best customer support I've ever experienced. This is the trike I'm telling you!
