EFI has horrible and unreliable sales managers starting with Patrick Morrissey who is the Vice President of Sales.

Honestly the amount of hoop jumping needed to complete simple tasks with their customer support is absurd. The software I have is nothing special but requires nuclear missile silo level security, and is impossible to get assistance with if needed. I'm resorting to reviews because they couldn't care less about me or anyone else for that matter. Avoid this company.
