You all need to go away and let dominion take over. You all have the absolute worst system ever. Domion at least has positive customer service and acts like you are a CUSTOMER. Screw this place and whomever developed the way it is ran and operated.

Worst place ever if you are looking for customer service! The customer service lady is rude and not at all willing to assist you with a question. Although I noticed she did put her cell phone down and assist someone she knew personally. She pulled them from the back of the line to personally take care of their payments. I guess in Elizabeth City they call that selective customer service.

They are friendly, but seriously though. How is anyone going to rate a place where you have to pay a bill?
