Matt an employee who works at USPS deserves 5 stars. I had checked my P.O. Box yesterday afternoon , left my keys (car keys attached) in the lock, someone must have turned them in so it was in my P.O. Box. I approached Matt in the delivery center and explained to him that my keys were inside my box and I really needed them. At first he asked me to come back Monday when USPS opens. He sensed that I really needed my keys and verified my P.O. Box. He was extremely nice and professional and as I mentioned he deserves 5 stars. uSPS is very privileged to have an employee like him. Thank you so much .

WORST SERVICE EVER, THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS POST OFFICE ARE SUPER EXTREMELY LAZY... My packet arrived today at 5 am. i got here around 1 pm to pick it up. turns out that the guys here hadn't even sorted the packages out yet, got into an argument with this lazy cat. turns out hes a good listener and took everything i told him like a champ. I have to come back tomorrow to pick my packet up because he was to lazy to sort it out in the morning. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Finally I got My open mail!! 1-) That's a federal offence! It took 13 weeks for that PERSON!! My brother!!,, to do the right thing!! And let the ]postal manager know of him keeping my checks!!! Since he moved out , and we have same last name and middle name he kept opening my mail.that should have came to me not his P.O. BOX!!!! While I was not receiving my checks to pay my bills!!! And since I put a stop payment,, the state.., county takes 6-to 8 weeks for me to get my checks yes now is 7 checks BECOUSE of the process of investigation!!!!! I am on the fence of preceding with legal action!!!! But I gave the postal office 5 stars because theySend me a letter of what have been happening!! P.S. my birth name...... Eduardo Cecena Cabrero.

It definitely is a big postal office where practically all of Chula Vista residents come here for the services.But most people come here all stressed and it ends up stressing the staff, hence the bad reviews.In my case it is good but you just have to wait a bit if you want to pick up a package, since this P.O. is the only place to pick up the packages and not other places like the one in Oxford street.

EDIT: I have gone to this post office to mail packages out many times now since original review and I would like to say that service has improved. They have staff out with the customers helping them get in and out as quickly as possible through Express service or by doing self checkout, and I've seen them open other registers up when the line starts to get long. In there for no more than 10 minutes now lately. Still room for improval, but it's getting there.If I could give no stars I would.They've "lost" my packages twice now, and when I try to contact them, they just pass it off to the next person. They are probably stealing our items.Also, I've had one counter woman give me an attitude saying she wasn't going to ship my packages because they were "too small envelopes", but I've shipped this style countless times as they are samples for my business.Other than a google complaint Idk what to do about them, just beware when dealing with them.

I give so many props to these workers!!! Many times there is a long line at this location but it is not because of the employees. It is because of the customers who don't know how to even address an envelope! Great service and people!

I dont know why the low reviews for a post office. I put my letter in the envelope. I then seal it. I give it to the postman with some money. And it gets where it needs to go. Plain and simple. Its like people expect a massage and a mani petti to go along with their mail sending. sheesh.
