This has certainly been an experience to say the least! They offer all these amenities but when something goes wrong or you need to get something fixed no one has a resolution. You have to wait for the people they contract to have time to come! So Morgan Properties offers nothing their contractors do! If your DESPERATE Morgan is for you! But don’t be folded by there One Month rent specials and low deposits advertising that’s how they get you! It means nothing when you have to pay for all the other fees! Oh and the heat that’s included doesn’t work half the time so makes sure your ready to live in the arctic! And the summer forget about it the air condition is one unit and you only feel it in the room it’s in! So if you want you can turn your bedroom into a sauna. Folks I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Feedback:

Horrible, I cannot wait for my lease to be over. There is no parking, You will have to cough up money to park, in other places you have at least one parking spot secured. Rent is insane for a 2 bedroom, $1600, on top of that they left a paper at my home saying that the rent will increase 70 dollars more. Leafs everywhere i got a couple of videos of all the leafs left around the complex you can't even walk, dirt everywhere you will have to bring the dust into your own home. If you put a ticket for something to get repaired you will have to wait at least a month. Better wear sweaters and pants inside your home when is cold the heating sucks. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not worth time, nor the money.

Feedback:

IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! YOU PAY YOUR RENT AND NOTHING GETS FIXED!!! I HAD WATER LEAKING IN FROM MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW FOR OVER A YEAR!!! THEY CONSTANTLY GAVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT THEY HAD TO CALL A CONTRACTOR!!! NEVER SAW A CONTRACTOR TO THIS DAY!!! THE TILES FALL OFF FROM AROUND THE SHOWER EVERY OTHER DAY!!! THEY TRY TO CAULK THE TILES AND ITS DONE SO NASTY AND SLOPPY!!! NOT TO MENTION THE SQUIRRELS THAT YOU HEAR IN THE WALLS!!! THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO DO RUSH JOBS. THEY HAD TO PATCH A HOLE IN MY DINING ROOM CEILING AND ONCE THEY PATCHED IT UP INSTEAD OF PAINTING IT BACK WHITE THEY SIMPLY SPRAY PAINTED IT WHITE!!! THEY BASICALLY GET PAID FOR NOTHING!!!WISH THAT I CAN GIVE THEM 0 STARS!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Unless you have no other choice in housing, do not be swayed by the low security deposit Elmwood Village charges (At this juncture, I think that's only positive comment I have for this neighborhood!). For what I'm paying per month with dog rent and parking spaces, the quality of the housing should be vastly superior to the reality. None of my floors are level, appliances break often, apartments aren't cleaned before move-in (instead, they just put yet another coat of paint over everything, including the door hinges). Now that my family is in a position to buy a house, we can't even get the office to do a VOR properly (With all due respect to the office, no one cares if you're 'short staffed.' In my line of work, if I don't do my job in a timely manner, I'm out of a job). It's in my nature to be understanding and diplomatic, but I've completely had it. January 31, 2018 cannot come soon enough; although, if I had my druthers, I'd leave sooner. In my experience, you get what you give. With that in mind, it's no surprise Elmwood Village is devolving into a slum.

Feedback:

I do not recommend these apartments, the worse mistake i ever made was to move here.

Feedback:

You can hear the squirrels running in the rooftops all day, my garage is flooded, water is included but comes out brown twice a week for a few hours, I feel as if the office doesn't put themselves in the shoes of their customers and I don't want to say more because it would take me a whole weekend to finish. If you don't have much money for first payment, security deposit and a broker fee I recomended this place because they have good deals and oh if you have two 75 lbs big dogs they won't give you trouble that's some of the positives. Can't wait to buy a house and get out of here. Good luck

Feedback:

My boyfriend & I were excited to schedule to see a One bedroom apartment at Elmwood Village. We called and spoke to a woman who said there was one available, told us the rent amount ($1,525) and that it was available by Oct. 1st. I told them we would call back shortly while I got in contact with my manager to check my schedule. We LITERALLY called the SAME exact number 3 minutes later , and a different woman answers in an unwelcoming tone. My bf explains that we had just literally called and someone told us there was a one bedroom apartment available. She says “Oh no we don’t have anything until mid November or December so idk who you spoke to but it wasn’t here.” He tells her we literally just called this exact number 3 minutes prior and she basically says the same thing again with an attitude. Fast forward two weeks later they’ve called my boyfriend twice asking if he’s still interested that now apparently there’s one available but for $1,580 now. Have also sent him multiple emails. Seems a bit desperate. $1,580 For a one bedroom apartment with NO secured assigned parking ? Seriously ? These apartments better be over 800 sq ft for that price ! I don’t think so . Especially after reading all these terrible reviews it doesn’t sound worth it at all . I’ll save myself the headache and legal stress getting into an unorganized property that doesn’t take care of their current tenants. Who offers one price to us one day, then a higher one two weeks later .

Feedback:

The Leasing manager Nukia Davis was an absolute God send. My son had to move to Elmwood Park to complete his final clinical rotation. Ms. Davis made this whole difficult moving process a lot easier than it would have been if she had not been there to help us. She got us a great apartment and pointed us in the right direction for furniture, utility setup and all the other amenities the area had to offer. On move in day all of paperwork was filled out and waiting for a signature to complete the process. Ms. Davis has gone out of her way to make my son feel welcome to New Jersey and Elmwood Village. I truly do not know what we would have done without her. She is the absolute best. Thank you Ms. Davis for all of your help and assistance. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us and we will be forever grateful for your help.

Feedback:

They literally NEVER answer the phone I have to drag myself to their office every time it’s so annoying !!!!! And yes I am a current resident, my name is Jessica S. - I already know they’re gonna try to reply to this and say they don’t see me as a current resident because of my “google name” how about you guys ANSWER PHONE calls for once . I’m fed up .
