I have used them twice and this last time the customer service was terrible. Michelle, one of the owners, does not put customers first when it comes to timelines. They are not open on Saturdays and you have to schedule an appointment. Saturdays is the only day I can do any personal business due to my work hours Mon-Fri. My appointment was at 9:30 and so called her at 9:43 and she sounded like she was still sleep and told me that she would be here in 10 minutes. There is another customer here that had an appointment at 9:30 too.

I absolutely love Michelle and her team. I brought in a rush order deployment gift on a Friday, they made sure to have it ready for me in less than a week! The professionalism and quality of work is unparalleled. I highly recommend them! They are prompt and courteous!

I have contracted for thousands of dollars in business from this company for operation locations I managed nationwide for several years and never had to return or replace one item. Delivery always on time and accurate. Even unusal employee awards items owner very involved in design and execution. Would not do business any where else. Should be named 'Memphis Best'.

Was ask to pick up an order for someone. Waited outside for store to open at 9:30 but no one ever came to open store. So check online for store hours, apparently they open at 10..it's 10 and still nobody to open the store.. very MAD now bc I waited an hour of my time becasuse I was early hoping they open around 8...another 30min and counting and still no employees to open store.. bad business..store finally open... tell me why the order was not ready.. and then have the nerve to tell me they had all day to finished it since it was due for today... really...
