Feedback:
While at the 2018 Charlotte French Festival, I ordered two special order pima cotton FFF logo polo shirts emblazoned with two stars commemorating the 2nd French World Cup win. The shirts arrived within a week of placing the order, were the correct sizes, and look absolutely fantastic. Will definitely place more orders with them.
Feedback:
They do par work, but don't consider them if you have an actual deadline. Had been using for company embroidery work for some time. Needed a small job of 2 shirts done. They convinced me to use their digitization service ($30+) rather than just getting on Fiverr for $5 because they "wouldn't be able to resize it". Ok, fine. Gave them the garments and they gave me a tentative timeline of 24-48 for digitizing. This process ending up taking a full 3 days. Of course, the fault of the digitizer whom they quickly passed the burden of responsibility to. Once ready, I asked if the items would be ready, as I needed them for a project. They told me to come the next day at 10am. Upon arriving, I was told they called someone else in the company to notify them the items weren't ready. They called at 9:50a, 10 minutes before they told me to arrive. I suppose they don't consider anyone else in the world is actual punctual. Again, they passed the buck of responsibility to machinery issues and said it would be another 3 days until they were ready. To be perfectly fair, in exasperation of their miserably failure yet again, I asked for my shirts back in a less than polite tone. Upon this, the older, shorter employee interjected from the counter, asserting herself as the leader. Immediately matching my negativity with her own, explaining brashly that because I didn't explicitly mention this was a "rush job", that my job wasn't in any way prioritized. I told the woman to keep the money, and just give me my shirts, to which she agreed. I've pulled all work from embroidme, and will not return. The more pleasant French woman was nice enough to send me the digitized file, which i'm fine paying with. However, they indeed kept my money for a job not rendered (the actual embroidery). I've considered requesting a refund or chargeback, but the extra $10 or $20 is worth it to me to post a few accounts of my experience online. I hope to receive my refund in the form of satisfaction knowing someone may be able to avoid the mismanaged, disgruntled, embarrassment of a (franchise?) this is. If indeed it is a franchise, corporate may consider pulling their flag from this location as it's setting a terrible example. Embroidme should consider instilling a sense of urgency in their operation, as it is painfully apparent they have grown too comfortable. Keep the money Embroidme, lunch is on me today.

Great people to work with!!

Went there this year to get my school polos embroidered... they look great and they did the last set on same day because we received the polos while we were on vacation and had only one day before school started !
Feedback:
If I had a choice I would go elsewhere, my son's school requires the use of this horrible place, they require signing a waiver that if they damage your item they are not responsible, they claim it never happens but still require the waiver. Very poor customer service policies, if you can go somewhere else I would
Feedback:
Love these folks. They were able to make up some great designs for me in very short order. Service was great and prices affordable.
Feedback:
Nothing ever seems to be in stock, so if you place an order you have to pay for the items upfront. Sounds reasonable, but what doesn't sound reasonable is having to almost always to place an order because of the this stocking issue, and then being charged a 20% restocking fee if you return the items for any reason or the items don't fit. Sounds like a scam to me, but I'll let you decide for yourself.
