I cannot say enough about my experience with Wendy and the staff! They took a last minute job that another company dropped the ball on and even came in under what the first company quoted. The images turned out far better than I expected, considering how big they were. I even got to play with their puppy while I waited. Wonderful all around!

If you are looking for a place that accepts walk up business, look elsewhere. I travelled 20 miles to get a custom embroidered order and arrived well within their business hours only to be told I had to make an appointment. They will only embroider the items they sell you. Super disappointed.

Its like they don't want to do the work. I read some of the reviews that said that. I thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong.. Save your self the trip you can get what the do online for a fraction of the cost. At least the online stores actually meets your dead lines.

The website says custom Embroideries When I showed up to get my name stitched on to my company shirt they told me they only did stuff that you bought from them Nowhere on the Web page as to say anything about that I feel like they don't want to do any work. My experience was very bad. I can't say it enough that it made me feel like they didn't want my business. They got upset and reviewed me on my business, it's was vulgar and quite rude. It's not my fault their website is misleading and they can't return a phone call. I ended up finding a shop off of fegenbush lane they did great work at 1/4 of the cost! Do not recomend this place.
