Stopped in this morning to hopefully get a 6 letter name embroidered on a strip of fabric for a quilt I am finishing as a gift for a family with a 5/15 graduation date. Asked about availability for a rush order and was willing to pay extra for it. Once this is embroidered on I still need to sew the quilt together so I didn't have 1.5 weeks to wait to start on the assembly. The gentleman said they are 1.5 weeks out and that everyone would say they need a rush order if he accepted any so he couldn't help me. They apparently have no rush rates or any way to make exceptions. I felt like what I needed would literally take them 10 minutes to do and I was willing to pay whatever rush fee they would charge. He seemed very inflexible, unsympathetic and also missing out on business they could do with charging more for last minute needs. I won't go back with my regular embroidery needs. I have a several kids in the district and wouldn't recommend them to others. Just trying to save others time if you were thinking you could stop in and ask for anything to be done quickly, it's not going to happen :(

These guys are awesome! Been going there for years. They never miss a deadline and willing to work with smaller orders. We now office right next door to another embroidery business but we still take everything to Ross and Jessica because they've earned my trust.
