I dropped off 2 scrub tops at the beginning of the month and 9 days later I called to see when they would be ready because no one had called me. The man that answered in his monotone voice advised that they are not ready and may not be ready until Monday. Ok. I advised him that I would stop by after noon today to pick them up and asked of they could refund me. He called me before 11am and said that they were ready. I picked up my shirts and the name and logo were placed on the opposite side and he said that's what was written down. I told him that the lady (with the baby and kids) was looking at my shirt that I had on that day and she wrote it down wrong. He shrugged his shoulders as in "oh well." I WILL NEVER TAKE SCRUBS HERE AGAIN AND I TOLD OUR ENTIRE OFFICE TO AVOID THEM. PATHETIC...
