Steve the owner is the most incompetent business owner I have ever encountered. I was a loyal customer for two years for some stupid reason. He messed up every single order. (over $3000 in orders in two years). I would repeat order the same things and the font was always different sizes and colors. I am pretty relaxed about things so never really made a huge deal about it. He always says a week and a half to two weeks. And it always ended up being 6-8 weeks. The last order I placed over seven weeks ago. Ten hats to be embroidered, the same way I have done them ten times. A very simple order...And I call and email at least 5 times each over the span of a week and as always he doesn't return. So I drive a half hour out of my way to stop in and see what's going on. All he has to say is two more weeks. I cancelled my order. He has lost my company's business for good. As a fellow small business owner it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. This guy is unbelievably disrespectful and the customer service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from embroidme in Schaumburg, owned by Steve Schroeder. Negative five starts. You should be ashamed of yourself Steve.
