I ordered shirts for a non-profit organization I'm in in Oct. I gave them a month to complete them. It was a small order so I thought this was plenty of time and they told me they could have them done by then. A week before the deadline, I call to check on the order and they tell me they will check and call me back. I never received a call back so I called again about two weeks later. Same thing, was gonna check and call me back. No call back so I call again a week later. They tell me they lost the order. I resend the order and call back and check a few weeks later, shirts are still not done and they have no ETA. I give him a week to give me the shirts or at least an accurate ETA or I will take my business elsewhere. I call back and still no shirts. I give him one last shot and give him one more week. NEVER got the shirts, just some apologies. Apologies mean nothing if you do nothing to rectify the issue. I was more than patient and gave them 4 months to complete about 30 shirts. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
