Customer service is seriously lacking. I was quoted one thing over the phone and when I went in to proceed with the transaction, the price changed drastically. The lady working couldn't care less about customers, so I will take my business to Monograms, Etc. off of Katy Freeway!

They took $287 from me. I paid for 36 t-shirts to be picked up in 3 days. I called to inquire about the status of the shirts but no answer. Went back to pick up shirts on the 3rd day and the store is closed. There is a sign on the door that reads “Landlord has the right to change the locks due to failure to pay rent.” I don’t understand how someone can take your money knowing they had no intention to complete the service. It is my fault for paying up front; lesson learned.

We use them. Everyone has been cool so far. Their attitude is straight to the point and I think its because they are always busy just like every other business in Sugar Land. Their work is awesome if you want custom embroidery.

Stopped in to get our names on our bowling shirts and the gentleman behind the counter apparently didn't need our business. Asked when they would be ready and he just showed us a sign with prices. Ten dollars extra and still a 4 day wait and then 24 dollars per name. Save your money and go down the street to Texas Scrubs and Embroidery. ..10 bucks per line and be ready tomorrow. Plus the old man was very sweet.
