UPDATE: Unfortunately it took my very negative review for this business to see an error in the way this issue was handled. They have refunded the cost of their services. Unfortunately it does not replace the products that were donated and ruined by their actions. ABSOLUTELY the worst. Provided them artwork that they completely ignored, then charged me to recreate it. Never once called me. Ruined hundreds of dollars of merchandise for our nonprofit and still charged us to get our product back. NEVER again will I use this business. Tried to do the right thing by shopping locally, only to get burned! Shame on them.
