Easily one of the best jobs... I've been in environments that are similar, and this is easily the best of the best. Fast growth, competitive nature, close nit team--its not for the lazy! Its fun and exciting for the right person with the ability to see what your work ethic is truly worth.

Horrible company to work for , every positive review is WRITTEN BY THE STAFF and are incredibly inaccurate. You get overworked selling dying franchises that cant attain GENUINE cunsumers without face to face marketing.Office atmosphere was unorganized and full of inappropriate petty workplace drama.They say "no seniority" and that much is true however there are office "favorites" and that basically means cross them or get involved and youre fired. The pay structure is unorthodox and sugar coated by management, so when it was time to get paid there would be alot of confusion as well as undisclosed discrepancies in the fluctuating pay. Which often times would be inaccurate and never amouted to the work put in. This "job" hires just about anyone with a clean backround and 18 or older, most who are hired see 1 or 2 checks before they see the door.

They train managers and give you the opportunity to grow. Top performers make $1000 plus a week and they have travel incentives. Keep up the great work!!

Not your average job, everyone starts on the ground level to learn every aspect of how to manage an office. You earn as you learn and develop lasting relationships with fellow co workers. The management is hands on and communicates company goals and objectives in a manner that motivates employees to want to perform. Great place to work at with great company culture.

One of the best jobs I’ve had. Definitely One of the fast paced jobs I’ve ever had, but definitely one of the most inspirational. your dreams don’t go to die here, you grow as a person you want to become if you work for it you’ll achieve success. Eddies the boss is unlike any formal boss I’d had he’s a leader definitely a boss worth working with. Your team members are among the most awesome people you’ll build relationships and grow. Best company you’ll have at your side.

Worst place to work at, hire and fire people like there is no tomorrow. And when you do get fired, owner doesn’t have the guts to tell you. He lets you find out from others or just removes you from the group chat. You would think that a business owner would be better than that! Worst experience ever and everyone I’ve talked to says the same.
