I feel for anyone in a neighborhood close by where this call center is located as the company doesn't communicate to their employees how to be good neighbors/stewards. They continuously park where they shouldn't and although smoking pot is legal in Colorado, it isn't legal to smoke publicly nor would I think an employer would want to have their employees high while on the job. This happens daily as I watch it from my home window!

Justin Tayler is a super intelligent, ambitious leader who has been integral to Empereon's success for the last year plus. Along with Jen, Mike and everyone else, they've given a lot of people a second, third, and a fourth chance. But hey, if people don't talk, you're doing something wrong.

This is this biggest scam I have ever encountered in the Telemarketing field. Their $10.25 and hour is a myth and you will be pain 8 an hr. They Have a enormous turnover rate because of their policies. I voiced my opinion and was terminated on the spot give a paid card saying I was paid up to the hour . Called for two days now and my balance is $0. I called and was told human Resources was not there and was hung up on. The bonus they say they give is a lie and you can count on getting a quarter over min wage. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.. I WOULD RECOMNED ZUNI TELE SALES (BANKTEC ) of of Delaware it's close to the downtown area.
