Had what should have been a two week Job with a deadline. Empire took over 3 months and then jacked the price after agreeing on a price and getting my deposit (which they kept)They told me that the price increase was for the 3 hours total they had spent on a project they had held onto for 3 months. Ended up going to a mom and pop shop and they had it done in a week and beat their price.
