After reading the reviews of Empire Travel we went to see Mary Anne to help us plan our vacation. She was able to answer all of our questions & if she didn't have an answer she got on the phone & got an answer for us. We had an issue with a cancellation we had made & in Mary Anne's absence Celeste got right on the phone to get us help. These ladies are top notch. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
