Went in for multiple interviews, thinking it was a marketing specialist job. All their job postings are deceiving , in the fact that they have multiple titles but are all the same position and responsibilities. This is not a marketing company, it is a sales company, and every position within their company starts out the same. You sit in a booth at the 99 cent store and try to sign people up for phone plans or sell them product. Also their claimed $50,000 a year is incorrect as it is a commission based salary. Their promotion process is based entirely on if you can reach a certain sales goal, and they are structured like a pyramid scheme, due to the fact that eventually you get promoted to run your own small business, and hire your own workers whose sales eventually line your own pocket. Overall it was not a promising company. They tried to tell me that they were only hiring one person, when in fact their job postings illustrate they are hiring by the dozen. They were nice but also seemed a little desperate. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
