Terrible sevice!I purchased a unit and then had to return it. Seems they are not refunding me. They had no problem debiting my account within minutes of a purchase without shipping for three days. Now that the item has been back in there hands for two weeks without a return.... Emailed several times and was promised they were in process of my refund and would be posted shortly. Nope still waiting. On my way to my credit union currently to start the arbitration process. never again do business with this outfit, Be careful as this is a major distributor for Duke Power promotions, Never again........
