Completely incompetent. Tried to use them for a out of state boat and trailer title and licensing transfer purchased through a dealer. After the dealer having issues with them I called to verify all the paperwork and documents they required where correct before going down to sign, with them rejecting some of the paperwork and requesting certified scale weights. Talked with two other DMV's about what is required finding that the basic documents originally sent by the dealer was more than sufficient. The arrogant rude attitude of the employee I delt with and the run around with the paperwork is inexcusable.

Only go here for tab renewal. Every title transfer ive ever tried has been a headache. They are sticklers for red tape and minutia. But, short lines usually. Of course, when you have to go back three times because your reciept for a $300 harbor freight trailer wasnt ledgible enough for them...

All of the staff at this location are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I went in with a strange title and registration issue after buying a used car at a dealership and this agency was able to take care of my issues with no problem. Their new location is also very well remodeled and extremely clean. I highly recommend this licensing agency for any vehicle/vessel title and registration needs.

This place is a joke. Save yourself some time and go to Bonney Lake. These woman are arrogant and rude and have no business being in the service industry. I've been registering vehicles for 30 years and I've come across this type of power Trip before. It's the same type of attitude that you might find from a state employee at the DOL. Instead of being helpful they would rather play games and be disrespectful. We followed their specific directions every time. We showed them our lease, we showed them our bill of sale, we showed them our electricity bill. After 3 visits of being told that we didn't have proof of our residency we took our business elsewhere. We were in and out in 10 mins and it cost is $200 less than these crooks we're trying to charge us. To top things off, the nice people in Bonney Lake didn't ask us for ANY of the proof of residency that we were told that we would need by these menopausal twitts. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS
