When we signed up for the gutter cleaning services, we were told that in addition to the usual cleaning methods they would hose down through the down spouts to flush out any debris with water. Our house is fairly large and so when a crew of two showed up and departed after less than 15 minutes, it was a surprise to us. They left leaves dumped from the gutters on the back deck. We called the company to report, and they had the crew return to our house. When we asked why the hosing was not done we were told "there was nothing in the downspout" (they have x-ray devices?!) and they also had no leaf blowers to clean up the dumped debris which they said was already there on the deck, and not their doing which was not true. One of the workers was rude and appeared to be agitated. We had scheduled window cleaning but cancelled due to this poor service.

Guys did a good job power washing our house exterior and cleaning gutters. At the end the price was $40 higher than originally quoted over the phone, but still in line with the competition.

The crew was polite and efficient and they did an excellent job cleaning my windows and sills. The price was very reasonable and scheduling was easy. I will use this company again.

E&R Services power-washed my house and did a great job. They called the day before to confirm my appointment and the guys showed up right on time. They did a great job and were very polite. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been using E&R Services since 2008 to clean gutters, power wash siding, and clean windows. They cleaned my gutters today and quoted $95 on the phone when we scheduled the appointment. When it came time for payment after the job was complete, the service man said it was $125. I told him I agreed to pay $95 and $125 was a 32% rate increase. He then wrote the invoice for $95, but added this note "this gutter should be $150." I asked why is it now $150 when you said $125? He said it should be $150, but I was giving you a $25 discount. You should be happy you've been paying $95 all of these years. That means they have increased their price 58% since last year. I had no problem paying a reasonable price increase as long as it was communicated when the job was scheduled. So very unprofessional.

Very poor workmanship. Had them do my commercial building and my home and the "boss" of the crew did poor work. Never even scrapped off scotch tape on the windows and just was concerned in swooshing and wiping and gone. Spent no more that seconds on each window and took no pride on ownership. Will never use them again. I did call the company and they were very nice and listened to my concerns so gave then a second change on the commercial building....bad mistake.

The gutter (and drain pipe) cleaning was done efficiently and professionally for a very reasonable price. There have been two major rains since they were here and all of the previous gutter overflows have been remedied.
