I contacted Brian of ERA Young and had the worst experience of my life out of any business. I know of other college students that have expressed dissatisfaction with this company and the man Brian will respond by belittling them in person, or online. He cancels appointments 5 minutes before hand with absolute no notice. Multiple student groups have mentioned losing hundreds of dollars from him. He has even disabled the option to post reviews on Facebook because of all of the dissatisfied students he has scammed. You can see his level of professionalism by the way he communicated with a fellow student.
