Upon looking to buy my first home, I was a little bit nervous about the process. I had a few people suggest contacting Patrick about doing the inspection. We promptly agreed on a day and time to meet and inspect the home. He arrived to the house sometime before I did and was prepared to walk me through and show potential issues that would need to be fixed. He emailed me a detailed report a few hours later to let me look over and assess any potential issues. He even offered to do any follow up inspections on that particular home for free, if needed. Overall, a great experience from a very objective and affordable inspector who comes highly recommended for anyone going through the home buying experience.

I highly recommend Erb Home Inspection. He saved me a lifetime of worry with a house we were in love with that needed about 50K in repairs. I'll never forget what he said, "You may love a house, but a house will not love you back, that is unless it is haunted!"

Patrick was great throughout the home inspection process. He established communication early and often prior to the inspection.A thorough inspection and report was completed in a timely manner. He aimed to educate on some of the items that may or may not have been an issue to us. Patrick was also easy to contact and quick to respond to messages no matter which day of the week. He also performed the free follow-up inspection for the items the seller promised to fix.All of this from a genuinely kind man at a great price. Patrick Erb is highly recommended!
