Went to their office with negative expectations and bewildered. ? After listening to their explanations and suggestion to help me with my situation, I followed through with their advice. My problem was soon resolved and my hostility subsided. Things turned out not to be as bad as expected and their patience with me was remarkable. After looking back at my experience with this office, I found the staff friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. ? Thank you.The only negative thing I could possibly complain about is holding a conversation through a little hole in the glass partition at the counter. I have a hearing difficulty and I was somewhat frustrated not being able to hear their answers to my questions.

Below average even for a Gov't office. Not only not helpful but actively anti-helpful including turning their back on you so you'll go away. Try a neighboring county, don't give this one any money.
