Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Very rude staff! After I cancelled my auto draft because my bill kept going up, they continued to draft anyway. Recently I have called to ask why once again my bill has increased and they did not know and asked could they call me back. A week later I had to call the 800 number but they said I would have to speak to my agent and they would send them a message to call me. Still haven't heard from them. I would not recommend this agency. Love State Farm but not this agent.
