Brandon's office needs to stop selling policies to their already established customers without giving them details about things like trackers in cars. Then, when those things are discovered by the customer and they cancel, they need to cancel the policy instead of waiting weeks and sending me another bill telling me I haven't paid. Then, when a payment is made for the other policy we had with them (life insurance), they need to put in the system so I don't get more mail telling me I am late and that I need to pay them again. Horrible business accountability lately. Stay away from him at all costs.
